When you visit Kunsten, your safety and health is of utmost importance to us. But we need you to help us help everyone else. The museum follows governmental guidelines as well as a series of guidelines that will ensure that visiting the museum is safe and comfortable for everyone.
Brasserie Kunsten: If you want a seat inside Brasserie Kunsten you must have a valid corona ID + personal ID (only 16 years an above)
Tickets and member cards are scanned in the reception upon arrival. You have the option of using the self scanner for prepaid tickets and member cards.
If you need to purchase a ticket or renew your membership – and are unable to do this via shop.kunsten.dk – you must go to the reception desk. Shielded protection has been installed at the reception desk.
Our designated family areas are temporarily unavailable for visitors.
The facilities at Kunsten are spacious and the Kunsten staff will continously make sure that there are not too many people in the same room.
In the reception all visitors are registered and this will ensure that there are never too many people at the museum at the same time. Shutoffs and distance markers are installed in areas where crowds may gather.
In the exhibitions you will find information regarding the maximum number of persons allowed within the certain areas. Help us keep an eye out for these limits and only enter an exhibition area if the amount of persons allowed is not exceeded.
Dispensers of hand sanitizer are placed throughout the museum. It will be possible to thoroughly wash hands in the museum restrooms.
The staff at Kunsten are extraordinarily aware of cleaning. Contact surfaces that are frequently exposed to touching are cleaned several times throughout the day.
The staff at Kunsten strive to limit the contact between people within the museum. If you have any quesitons or require further guidance during your visit, please ask the Kunstens staff in the reception or within the museum, but remember to keep distance from each other.
