Julie Nord. Just Like Home

The Danish artist Julie Nord presents a total installation of brand new works in the Museum's beautiful skylight galleries. Jule Nord is known for her meticulous drawings and watercolours, in which she subverts our customary perception of domestic and familiar motifs. Her work is inspired by children's book illustration from the 1950s, psychedelic art, outsider art and gothic motifs. At KUNSTEN these works will be presented as part of large-scale installations created by the artist herself. One of Julie Nord's major works, 'Fever', is owned by KUNSTEN.
