Between 1933 and 1938, Lundstrøm creates five metrehigh mosaics for Frederiksberg swimming baths in Copenhagen. At this time Lundstrøm has become available for everybody. The age demands light, air and cleanliness, and in this popular forum, children and adults can ramp about and grow stronger beneath Lundstrøm’s naked representation of the ideal human body. The mosaics are today regarded as a masterpiece in recent Danish monumental art.

Her er vi til afdansningsbal i ca. 1965. I 1966 blev skitserne fjernet, fordi nogle fandt dem for anstødelige. I dag hænger de i Scandinavian Center i Aarhus.
The large sketches, which were the preparatory work for Lundstrøm’s mosaics, could be experienced at the Viborg Hall for many years. Here we are for the high school prom in approximately 1965. In 1966, the sketches were removed because some found them offensive. Today the hang in the Scandinavian Center in Aarhus.
