Art Workshop: Personal Flowers and Plants
Vær med til en to timers workshop, hvor vi udforsker, hvad en blomst eller en plante kan være. Vi tager udgangspunkt i Shara Hughes fantasilandskaber og skaber gevækster og blomster med kaffefiltre, silkepapir, avispapir og meget andet.
Join us for a two-hour workshop and explore what a flower or plant can be. We will base our work on Shara Hughes’s fantasy landscapes, creating plants and flowers using coffee filters, tissue paper, newspaper – you name it!
A brooding dahlia, a stubborn plant, a tired thistle or maybe an understated herb? Join this Art Workshop and create a flower or plant that reflects your own personality.
An artist will provide you with guidance in the use of materials and methods. All you need to do is unleash your imagination and creativity!
About the Art Workshops
The art workshops are all about using materials. You are guided and supervised by a trained artist. Together we explore and experiment, discovering the potential of a particular technique or material. The workshops are experimental and open to everyone, regardless of their abilities.
Your ticket includes excellent materials and expert guidance from our resident artist. You never know what you’ll be working with, so don’t wear your best clothes!
You’re welcome to buy drinks or snacks in the Brasserie to keep you going as you experiment away in the workshop.
You can also reserve a table for dinner in Brasserie Kunsten.

Praktisk information
- Anyone can participate, regardless of experience.
- All materials are included in the price and you can of course keep the things you create.
- Price: DKK 100 per session + admission to the museum.
- There is free admission for members of Klub Kunsten + Utzon, but they also have to buy a ticket for the workshop.
- Don’t wear your best clothes. They may get a bit dirty.
- You can buy beer, wine, soft drinks, cakes and snacks in the Brasserie and are welcome to consume them in the workshop.
- The price of a ticket can only be refunded in the event of cancellation.
