Pernille Kløvedal Helweg has in recent years taken an interest in the tracks we leave – of shoes, feet, hoofs and paws.
She has worked in the “field” and had various animals such as rhinoceroses, bears, elephants, gulls, snakes and tortoises leave tracks of their movements on pressure plates, which she has then gone on to use as the starting points for graphic works. The exhibition presents a selection of copperprints and lithographs and at the same time provides an insight into the processes behind them. A short series of films illustrate the encounters with the animals.
