Kunsten Summer Lounge feat. Bisse

Join the community and the good vibes in the park and enjoy the tones of Bisse’s ”Nat med Mig”, ”Undertoner”, ”Seks Hjerter”, and many other hits. DR Kultur has hailed Bisse as “Denmark’s new CV Jørgensen”, and earlier this year he garnered no fewer than five awards at this year’s Steppeulven ceremony, including Album of the Year and Songwriter of the Year. It will be a party when Bisse hosts the Sculpture Park with his provocative love songs.

In Kunsten’s Summer Lounge a new DJ, musician or artist will be providing entertainment every week.

Food trucks will roll into the park and whip up your favourite dishes. In our outdoor Kunst-Lab, different artists will introduce you to materials and tasks and invite you to create something unique. Volunteers from the social enterprise, Cykel20 will also be on hand to help you repair your bike.

An entirely new combination of music, food and workshop. Lanterns and torches will light up the park. And the bar will be open.

Bring your friends and family, hang out on a blanket or in our lounge furniture and tune into the most wonderful Danish ssummer evenings in Aalborg's best surroundings.

Come rain or shine - Kunsten Summer Lounge will be held in both blazing sunshine and pouring rain. If it rains, the event will be moved under cover.  

Practical information

• Access to the park is free when the price of admission to museum is paid. The event is free for members of Klub Utzon + Utzon.
• We ask that our guests support our café and food trucks, which is why guests are not allowed to bring their own food and drink to the events.
• DJ and food trucks from 16.00. Kunst-Lab from 17. Concert starts app. 19.30
