A holiday wouldn’t be a holiday without the fun and games at Kunsten! Weeks 7 and 8 will be a feast of colour, imagination and quality family time.
There’ll be Kunst-Lab with lint-roller printing and treasure hunts involving creative assignments. Play the role of detective on an art hunt, or grab an art suitcase and embark on your very own adventure, exploring the entire museum. Brasserie Kunsten will be serving children’s favourites and all sorts of adult goodies.
Most of the activities are free of charge if you have an entry ticket to the museum. The great thing is that admission is free for children and youngsters under the age of 18! Buy a season ticket – it gives two adults and children under the age of 18 free admission for a whole year, and costs only DKK 495!
Monday: 10am - 5pm

Fancy a swing in Thilo Frank’s The Phoenix Is Closer than It Appears or a look at Pistoletto’s Eleven Less One? Soon it’ll be your last chance. Both exhibitions close immediately after the winter half-term break.
While enjoying your hot chocolate or food, you can get down to a creative Heerup assignment at the table. Remember a season ticket holder and their companion get a 10% discount.
A single club ticket gives the entire family free admission to creative workshops, ‘Big Bathing Day’ and loads more activities and events for a whole year. The ticket costs DKK 495 for one adult + companion. Admission is always free for children under the age of 18.
Take some play and creativity home. The Kunsten shop is packed with creative kits, drawing supplies, puzzles, colouring books – you name it. It will all help make the winter half-term break even more fun.
