If you purchase your admission ticket online via Kunsten’s webshop in 2026, you will automatically receive a free transport ticket for the day included with your purchase.
The ticket can be used for travel to and from the museum on the day of your visit and is valid on all NT buses and regional trains.

Validity and transport
The ticket is valid for buses and trains operated by Nordjyllands Trafikselskab (NT).
It is not valid on DSB or GoCollective trains.
You can travel freely throughout NT’s entire area – both outbound and return – all day.
The ticket is valid until midnight (24:00) on the selected date.

How to receive your ticket

You must be able to present a valid ticket during inspections. If not, a penalty fare will be issued in accordance with NT’s current regulations. The penalty cannot be cancelled afterward.

3. Enter the postal code you are traveling from
4. Enter the discount code you received
5. Proceed to checkout to complete the “purchase”
6. Your public transport ticket can then be downloaded directly from the page, and you will also receive it as a PDF.
7. You must present the ticket on the bus and train.
