Booking at Brasserie Kunsten

If you wish to book a table at Brasserie Kunsten in connection with your visit, this must be done separately via this page. If you would like to pre-order a menu, please contact Brasserie Kunsten directly.

Are you a private group looking to spend a few cozy hours together? Or are you planning an inspiring company event? Please use the form below to request a guided tour of the museum or to let us know about your planned visit.

A guided tour gives you an extra perspective on the art. Book a guided tour with one of Kunsten’s skilled art communicators, where you can experience a current exhibition, delve into a specific theme, or create your very own customized tour.

The price of a guided tour varies depending on the time of day and the size of your group. Read more about our prices below.

During holiday periods: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to book a guided tour during holiday periods, but of course, we will do everything we can to make it happen. Once you have filled out the booking form, you will hear from our booking coordinator.

Prices and Conditions

All organizations and private individuals can book a guided tour of the museum’s collection, special exhibitions, and architecture. It can be a general introduction or a more specific review of selected works. The guided tour is tailored to your wishes and lasts 50 minutes. Each tour accommodates a maximum of 25 people. We offer guided tours in Danish and English.

Prices - during opening hours

Weekdays (max. 25 people): 950 kr.
After 5pm (max. 25 people): 1200 kr.
Weekends/public holidays (max. 25 people): 1200 kr.
English-speaking guide (max. 25 people): 1200 kr.
Please note: Regular museum admission is added to the price.
Latest booking time: 3:30pm, Tuesday–Thursday until 7:30pm.

Prices - outside opening hours

2-hour visit including admission for 25 people and 1 guided tour: 6900 kr.
For additional participants: group admission + 1000 kr. per extra guided tour (max. 25 people).
Longer visits than 2 hours incur an extra fee. Contact us at formidling@kunsten.dk for more information.

Booking
Bookings for guided tours must be made no later than 3 weekdays before the guided tour.
Please note: Guided tours cannot be booked in July.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made no later than 3 weekdays before the guided tour. For later cancellations, the full price will be charged.
