Experience two playful new exhibitions featuring international stars. Get a masterpiece served on your plate, create your own wild costume pieces – and meet the Pink Panther.
Look forward to coziness, creativity, togetherness, and world-class art. During the autumn break at Kunsten, week 42 is filled with great art experiences for both kids and adults.
Step into American artist Alex Da Corte’s colorful pop universe and design your own artistic costumes. Set off on an autumn break treasure hunt, where you might encounter living ketchup bottles – and perhaps even Popeye the Sailor Man.
Or take it easy and unwind in the new Golden Room or with an Art Suitcase packed with cool creative materials. And don’t forget to taste Brasserie Kunsten’s crispy kids’ favorites and edible artworks for the grown-ups.

Experience Alex Da Corte’s wild works – and create fabulous costumes inspired by the artist’s fantastic universe. The activity begins in the new exhibition Mr. Dream, where an art educator will guide you through the process. And of course, you get to take your costumes home with you.
Bring both kids and adults along for the big autumn break treasure hunt. With a treasure map in hand, you’ll set off to find six checkpoints hidden in the museum’s corners, rooms, and halls. Each stop offers a creative task for you to solve together.
With the Art Suitcase in hand, the whole family can experience the exhibition (Un)real in a fun and different way. The Art Suitcase is designed for the museum’s youngest visitors aged 4–9. Inside, you’ll find activities that guide you through the exhibition — filled with green slime and giant trees from China.

Go on an art hunt in our new exhibition Elina Brotherus – Fill With Own Imagination. See if you can spot the artist herself – or perhaps the entire museum – in the works. Look closely at the details highlighted in the art hunt and find the artworks where each detail belongs.
Can you find the artworks we’ve turned into emojis? Try our popular emoji hunt through the exhibition If You Can See What I See – Stine Goya x Kunsten. The artworks are described using emojis, and it’s your task to crack the codes and track down the matching pieces.
The Common Room has been transformed into the Golden Room – and it’s sparkling beautifully. What awaits around the corner, out on the horizon, or behind the cow? Create your own artworks and give them a beautiful golden frame. The Common Room is designed as a calm space where you can take a break from the crowds at the museum.

With an annual pass to Klub Kunsten + Utzon, you get free admission for yourself and a guest for an entire year. Children under 18 always have free admission.

Experience two new exhibitions — one by an American master of color and disguise, and another by a Finnish artist presenting brand-new works created right here at the museum. Plus, it’s your last chance to see the surreal masterpieces in (Un)real.
LAST CHANCE (Un)real until 19 Oct | NEW Alex Da Corte – Mr. Dream until 22 Feb | NEW Elina Brotherus – Fill With Own Imagination until 6 Apr | If You Can See What I See – Stine Goya x Kunsten until 4 Jan
